Welcome! Organisations that clean up disasters may join CrisisCleanup.org.au, if they meet the following requirements:

  1. Your organisation must have a physical presence in the disaster area.
  2. Your organisation must either perform home assessments and/or gutting, mucking-out, debris removal, mold abatement, or rebuilding.
  3. Your organisation must be reputable. This generally means a non-profit member of DOVE, a local government agency, or an organization recommended by a DOVE member or government agency.
  4. Each volunteer using the system must watch the Training Video.

Filling out this application carefully, correctly, and completely will save you hours and save your volunteers dozens or hundreds of hours in productivity (we promise).

How Will You Use Crisis Cleanup?

: Your organization interacts directly with survivors to assess, muck out, remove debris, rebuild, etc. United Way 2-1-1, LDS Church, Team Rubicon, Samaritan's Purse, UMCOR, Habitat for Humanity, Mennonite Disaster Service, Long Term Recovery Groups.
: Your organization does NOT interact directly with survivors but DIRECTLY oversees organizations that do. HQ office of a national organization with regional affiliates.
: Your organization only needs general situational awareness and statistics. State & County Offices of Emergency Management, FEMA, American Red Cross, State VOADs or COADs
: Your organization does other disater-related activities such as donations management, case management, logistics, grant management etc.
